This hair loss condition is usually treated or remedied by reducing the pressure on the hair follicles by not tying the hair too tightly or giving the hair follicles a break by letting the hair just hang free.

Causes of hair loss in children with this condition are usually mental stress, long term tension or some other deep rooted psychological reason which the child may not even be conscious of. The most effective way to handle the cause of hair loss in children is to target the stress or tension that the child may be experiencing instead of targeting on hair loss.
